Today I am sharing the recipe for Hakka Noodles Frankie. I have tried it and it really tastes Yummy !

Recipe for Hakka Noodles Frankie

Ingredients:

  1. Veggies whichever you like. I have used Onions and Tomatoes.
  2. Wheat Flour Dough.
  3. Cheese Spread and Pizza&Pasta Sauce.
  4. Spices — Oregano, Basil and Chilly Flakes.
  5. Hakka Noodles.

How to prepare?

  1. Make thin chapattis of the dough and it should be half heated
  2. Boil the Hakka Noodles (should be 80% cooked)
  3. Cut the onions and tomatoes in thin slices.
  4. Put the pan on low flame gas.
  5. Once the pan is heated, pour 2 TBS oil in it.
  6. Once the oil is heated put onions wait till it turns golden and then put Tomatoes.
  7. Now put boiled noodles and add all the spices and salt.
  8. Let it cook for 10–15 mins and then remove it in a bowl.
  9. Take 1 TBS cheese spread in a small bowl with 1 TBS pizza&pasta sauce and add little milk in it. (If the mixture is too thick and hard steam it until it turns into liquid form)
  10. Take the chapatti apply the mixture and add the cooked noodles veggies on it (if required can add more spices and tomato sauce,raw onion, tomato and other veggies)
  11. Now roll it properly.
  12. Heat the pan/tawa and spread the oil all over pan/tawa.
  13. Once pan/tawa is heated, keep the rolls on it and cook until it turns bit crispy (Ensure the chapatti doesn't get burned)

Generic Tip:

  1. Be/feel happy without any condition. This process will attract more positive vibes in your life and surrounding.
  2. Try doing some breathing exercise and meditation to keep yourself focused and relaxed.
